NTA NEET 2021 entrance result news:As lakhs of medical aspirants across the country are waiting for the release of NEET 2021 entrance exam result, the NEET 2021 application correction window is scheduled to get closed today (October 14). Earlier, it was said by the National Testing Agency (NTA) that the NEET 2021 entrance exam application form correction facility will close October 13 but the NTA later decided to extend this facility by a day.

Candidates who had submitted NEET 2021 phase 1 and phase 2 application forms are allowed to edit any error in the information submitted by them on official website - nta.neet.ac.in. The candidates must note that this is the last opprotunity to make any changes in their application form as the correction window will not be extended any further by NTA.

It is expected that the NTA would release the official NEET 2021 entrance exam answer key soon. The NTA will first release the provisional answer key and candidates will be given some time to raise objections. It is learnt that question papers and OMR sheets will be sent to the candidates by NTA via email. Students must ensure that the email ID which they have filled in the application form is correct.

“The Candidates are strongly advised to check, cross-check, and verify their registered e-mail address and ensure that it is their own e-mail address only as NTA will be sending the scanned copy of the OMR Answer Sheet and Scorecard to the registered e-mail address,” the NTA said.

“In case any candidate faces difficulty in making corrections of the Online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2021, he/she can contact on 011-40759000 or e-mail at neet@nta.ac.in,” it said.

Candidates have the opportunity to edit gender, nationality, email address, category, sub-category, and fields of the second phase during the correction window.

Sources said that the NTA would release the NEET 2021 entrance exam result few days after releasing the final answer key. It is to be noted that the NTA is yet to make any official announcement over the NEET 2021 answer key and result release date.
